The foundation Fundación
Autor-SGAE was a created by SGAE (Sociedad
General de Autores), one of the main Spanish copyright agencies. Its main
objective is protecting and
promoting culture in its different performing ways:
music, dancing, writing,
audiovisual, etc.
Every year, the foundation announces an international
research award. In 2006, my PhD project was selected as one of the two best ones among a wide group of proposals.
The economic prize was very useful to carry out my research and the recognition a great incentive to keep working hard.
